Welcome to the most cost-effective path to make cities more intelligent and sustainable.

Why NOW:

The answer is pretty simple. “Smart” technology is now affordable and available with the latest artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize the integration of hardware and software that was not previously available. The combination of affordability, availability, and AI make SMART CITES NOW a timely opportunity for cities across the U.S. and around the world.

How do we do it:

We work with mayors and city officials to develop the most affordable and impactful solutions to reach their goals. We also work with each city to align local and minority owned contractors for project implementation. “Smart” job creation, at the local level, is one of our goals along with “Smart” innovation that generates benefits to citizens, businesses, and administrations. Our experience and network of technology companies gives us the ability to present a diverse range of recommendations.

What are our Deliverables:

We begin with a foundation “Blueprint” that includes meetings with stakeholders, comprehensive situational assessment, recommendations, timelines, and budget ranges to meet the goals of each city. Upon request, we then provide ongoing oversight of the multi-bid process for contractors, oversight, and general contracting options. Beyond implementation, we also offer ongoing monthly services that include measurement and verification, performance reporting, and optimization.

How much does it cost:

In many cases we create a phased approach to address budgetary limitations. We help each city secure funding from relevant federal and state agencies. The cost of our foundation “Blueprint” and ongoing services are scaled to the size and goals of each city.

What are our areas of focus:

These some examples of our areas of focus, and we address others upon request.
